License
PageScan is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add to it.
Your content
You own everything you scan. Only scan documents you have the right to copy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies: documents live only on your device, so deleting the app or losing the device without a backup deletes them.
Signatures
PageScan places an image of your signature on a page. It is not a certified electronic signature service, and whether a signed scan is legally binding depends on where you use it.
No warranty
PageScan is provided as is. Text recognition can make mistakes, so check important numbers and names before relying on them.
